Nollywood actor, Chiwetalu Agu has regained freedom from the Nigerian Army, 24 hours after he was arrested at Onitsha in Anambra State.
Crime and Court news reported that he was arrested on Thursday by military officers in the South-East part of Nigeria.
According to a post on Instagram by Nollywood beauty, Joyce Kalu, the Veteran actor was excited after his release.

The post reads: “Thanks to everyone for all our efforts @chiwetaluagu has been released, power of social media. Let’s be each other’s keepers.”
Chiwetalu Agu, a Nollywood veteran and elder citizen, was nabbed by the Nigerian army, who accused him of inciting the public and soliciting support for the indigenous peoples of Biafra, IPOB, in Onitsha, Anambra state.
